It is also very confusing to have the last 6 issues (in incorrect order) that
were received appear before the one currently being received. They should not
appear in the default view IMO, but perhaps if you click on 'manage previous
received issues' or something. If nothing else, they should be in a separate
TMPL_LOOP so that the template designer can move them out of the way (or it
should be a system preference to show them, etc.)
