My apologies if this issue has already been fixed. I checked CVS for rel_2_2
and it didn't appear that it had. I was installing 2.2.6RC2 last nite/this
morning and had these two errors pop up during the Perl Module check:
Error: No message named LWP::Simple in Install.pm 
Error: No message named XML::Simple in Install.pm 

Looks like some messages just need to be defined in install.pm
