detail.pl will happily pretend that whatever biblionumber you hand it is a
valid record...albeit one with no information in it:

    *  Biblio Record: 51354
    * Total Number of Items: 0

The page should display some kind of message acknowledging that there is no
such record. Otherwise the display could be misinterpreted as a corrupted
record or some other kind of error.

The same goes for the OPAC, addbiblio.pl, additems.pl, and, while we're at it,
moremember.pl
