moredetail.pl doesn't show bib data. Also, someone has removed the forms for
quickly editing the status of an item (as is done in dev_week). I'll add back
updateitem.pl, and Owen can add back the template stuff ... hopefully it's just
the template causing the bib data to not display, if not, let us know :-)
