Hi HDL,
I think this one might be more a training issue, but not sure. Might need you
to explain how this works.
I have set up a subscription and marked several issues as "missing". I can see
these under claims when I go in via the web page - all good.
I have also attempted to setup a claims notice so that I can email the supplier
directly.
When I setup the notice, I choose the "Serials" module from the drop down. I
gave it the code - "SerClaim" and title "Serials Claims"
I then populated the subject line and body content with some misc fields.
However when I go back to the Serials Claims page - I get a message - "No
Letter defined. Please Define One."
Does something else need to be setup to make the connection between Claims and
Notices so my Claims notice shows up?
