There are a couple of places where moremember.pl does different things based on
whether a patron is an adult or a child, including the new child-to-adult
conversion. The problem is, moremember.pl never thinks a patron is a child,
even if their borrower category is within the child type.  Thus the "Update
Child to Adult Patron" is always disabled.
