After a fr-FR UNIMARC installation :

  - http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/koha/admin/classsources.pl
    shows empty Classification Sources and Classification Filing Rules
  - class_sort_rules table is empty

There is a /installer/data/mysql/en/mandatory/class_sources.sql file
which hasn't its counterpart in the fr-FR directory hierarchy.
