Upgrading from 1.2.2 (cleanly installed this afternoon) 
to 1.3.3 using the koha.upgrade script.

Intranet no longer accessible after "upgrade". This is a development/evaluation
 installation - nothing critical lost.

Running as root, all perl modules installed and happy.
