After running the installer.pl script, /etc/koha.conf contains

intrahtdocs=/usr/local/koha/intranet/htdocs/intranet-tmpl
opachtdocs=/usr/local/koha/opac/htdocs/opac-tmpl

However, the templates are actually installed in

/usr/local/koha/intranet/htdocs

and

/usr/local/koha/opac/htdocs/

Judging from activity in the CVS check-ins, it seems that the contents in
/etc/koha.conf should be taken as right; i.e., the files are being installed in
the wrong directories.
