This line :
Cannot open included file /default/en/intranet-main.tmpl
shows that your installation thinks that templates are located under the root
directory.
It should be :
Cannot open included file
/usr/local/koha/intranet/htdocs/default/en/intranet-main.tmpl
Please modify the /etc/koha.conf :
intrahtdocs=/usr/local/koha/intranet/htdocs/

why does this occur is another question ? probably something related to 1.2.2 =>
1.3.0 upgrade. I'll look at this for 2.0RC1
