The templates do not seem to distinguish between individual and institutional
members:

1. There is an "Add Child" button for institutional members

2. There is empty preferred name info (,)

3. The "Home" phone number is still listed as "Home phone number"

4. The only contact is still listed as Alternative contact, with a Relationship
field
