[Note: bogus Component]

In Members, mandatory input fields are marked with an asterisk, but in the MARC
module they are marked with boldening. Should we make it consistent?

Marking with asterisks make Koha friendly to sight-impaired people (for this
issue), but boldening is easy to spot for people with normal sight. Perhaps we
should do both?
