Havent forgotten, just havent written the updatedatabase code yet, Ill 
commit it as soon as its done.

The NPL templates are the closest to the templates I wrote and tested 
the reviews with, so it was easy for me to commit them. I can make 
copies in css and commit those as well.

Reviews is not nearly finished yet, I was just committing where I had 
gotten up to.
