Dear 

I want to run Koha ILS on my PC , I have downloaded software needed to do so such as : 

1- Webserver (Apache httpd-2.2.22-openssl-0.9.8t) 

2- Mysql-5.1.61

3- Active Perl-5.14.2.1402-295342_2

4- liblime_koha-4.02.06.tar

I have installed Webserver , Mysql-5.1.61 , Active Perl-5.14.2.1402-295342_2 , but I can't install liblime_koha-4.02.06.tar .

Can you help me to run Koha on my PC
