[Koha-translate] make problem

Dear sir,

We use koha 3.00.00 in our library. Because of Turkish translation, I
try to install Koha 3.00.01.005.  Everything is Ok but When I start
"make" I get an error message Which is below. How can I solve this
problem. Thank you for your help.
