[Koha-win32] Koha 2.2.0RC3 upgrade - problem with POSIX::Termios

When I try to upgrade to Koha 2.2.0RC3 running koha.upgrade on a current Koha 2.0.0 system, I get:

 

C:\temp>koha.upgrade.pl
POSIX::termios not implemented on this architecture at Install.pm line 109.
Compilation failed in require at C:\temp\koha.upgrade.pl line 5.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at C:\temp\koha.upgrade.pl line 5.

 

I am running:

 

Win Xp Pro SP2:

Apache 2.0.50 for Win32

MySQL 4.0

ActivePerl 5.8.4.810 Win32

and trying to upgrade from Koha 2.0.0

 

I think POSIX is in the standard Perl installation, right?
