Dear Carol,

NPL theme in Koha 2.2.6 is not broken. You have to declare the css file name in opacstylesheet variable. Go to system preference. Select npl as opac theme. Enter name of the css file in opacstylesheet variable. An array of css files are available. Check it under npl theme under opac-tmpl folder.

npl theme does not come with the graphics with v.2.2.6.  it comes with a black and white template for both intranet and opac.  The layout for opac looks very strange too.  Does this only happen to window users?
