FYI Bochs-Patch for 4M pages

says:

"L4KA running in the bochs emulator
The bochs emulator currently can not emulate 4MB super pages.
Therefore, L4KA does not run with bochs. Please use VMWare."

I've slightly patched bochs so that it supports 4MB super pages:

Please update your page accordingly.

I'm using the patched bochs version on FreeBSD and on an ultraSPARC
for experiments with the supplied root_task.
