Well, if you're a micro-kernel fanatic, the micro-kernel should only
supply the needed features for implementing a good mostly-user-level
threads library. Which seems to be what l4 is doing.
(Of course, it would be nice if the hackers doing the micro-kernel
also did a threads library to go with it, but that's a little
different).
