That's right. I wrote the page two years ago, and things (about L4,
L4-Hurd and whatever else) changed significantly, so I recommend not
referring to the page any longer. I hope someone will write a more
updated documentation about the differences, if people think that kind
of information is helpful.
(As I said to Neal last week, I myself have no time to work on Hurd at
the moment.)
