In addition, the l4.h that is in libl4 looks for some include files
that simply are not present at all in the pistachio distribution
(l4/syscall.h is an example.)
Because they aren't in pistachio, they are in hurd-l4. Check
[hurd-l4]/libl4/{ia32,powerpc}/l4/bits.
