to the best of my knowledge and belief, you cannot
relicense a BSD'ed code. Of cource that you can create
a GLP'ed L4 implementation, like FIASCO
(http://os.inf.tu-dresden.de/fiasco/).
But I didn't send this message because of the BSD
license. I sent this message because I think that
Gemini Nucleus is (was?) a good project, but I am not
a OS theorist, so I sent this message to know more
opinions about their design.
