it is split up in multiple files and (partly) generated from idl files,
but coyotos source is available via rsync (see ``The Coyotos Build
System''):

The part interesting for you is probably src/doc/web/docs/ukernel, so
you might want to retrieve only this directory. Formerly, it was
possible to browse the source online (if you want to check out just one
specific file) at http://www.opencm.org/opencm/~/PUBLIC//coyotos/DEV,
but this is (currently?) not possible (any more?).
