[libcvd-members] Thread safety: global datastructures.

Hi all,

Does anyone know of any global read/write data structures in libcvd?

Since libcvd has thread support, it really should be thread safe.

I've fixed aligned_mem, so that it compiles to be thread safe if -pthread 
is provided on the command line (it will fail if the CVD library didn't 
detect threads).



Any others?
