I've been doing some minor cleanups recently in libCVD. Mostly it's
been deleting ancient files, and corresponding configuration support
(for instance Linux 2.4, IRIX and things which were moved ffrom CVD to
TooN a very long time ago) and moving some files around which is now
reasonable smooth with git.
Please let me know if it breaks anything.
