[libextractor] Python bindings for extractor and doodle

Hi

I am using a combination of libextractor and libdoodle in a project
of mine (very early alpha, and not yet ready), but so far there does 
not seem (?) to be functional python bindings available. Hence I 
put some together. Now they should be quite complete and functional. 

If you like them feel free to include it into your projects.
