You have to do it manually. E.g. netinstall:

linux /install.amd/vmlinuz
initrd /install.amd/initrg.gz
boot

or something like that. Check debian's txt.cfg and gtk.cfg files using
"cat" on the grub terminal, in the /isolinux/ directory of the USB
drive. You will find appropriate options there.
