[lp-ca-on] efile/netfile/paper statistics for 2015 returns filed in 2016

Hi all,

further to our discussion on out reach here are some statistics on 
filing mode for income tax returns from 
https://taxpage.com/articles-and-tips/tax-returns-rates-credits-and-refunds/cra-tax-return-statistics-2016/ 
(I can't find them on the CRA pages). Blaise you are right, most people 
do file through an accountant (efile) 56%. However there were 7.6 
million netfiles (29%) which is still a large absolute number.
