This is precisely the point at issue. Will the tiny
powerful computers have hardware built in that will
restrict the use of "unauthorized" software? Will it
be illegal to modify the hardware to allow Libre OSes
and apps to run? Will the proprietary tyrants push
the issue to the point of hackers being imprisoned?
These are possibilities that need to be addressed.

I agree that the FreedomBox and similar projects are
steps in the right direction. Let's see how it goes.
