We do support the project. Even some of us, who don't have money to
donate, support it so as to help advertise it (including the strongest
point: possibility to run it entirely with free/libre system
distributions).

As far as the history/archive of this mailing list goes: FSF is indeed
evaluating the Libre Tea Computer Card (not the others, only LTCC).
although it's not certified yet, they are allowed to advertise it
explaining the possibility of RYF certification, and making it clear
that, if the certification isn't granted, then a refund should be
offered.
