* libltdl/m4/libtool.m4 (_LT_LINKER_SHLIBS) <exclude_expsyms>:
Also exclude `_GLOBAL__F[ID]_.*'. Also set for the C++ tag.
Fixes esp. demo/helldl build failure with GCC on AIX.
