Sorry.  I am somewhat overwhelmed by the patch queue at the moment --
but rest assured that I will get to it eventually.  In the meanwhile,
why not apply your patch once to you cvs checked-out tree so that cvs
updates can merge with your patch until it makes it into the master
repository?  You will be able to tell when that happens, since you
will get a `source already contains changes' message or perhaps a
conflict on your first update after your patch makes it into the
repository.
