[PATCH] fixes for OpenBSD support

Here are patches for both of the libtool versions which
fixes the dependency library check method on OpenBSD/ELF
and fixes C++ linking, I goofed that up with my previous
patches.

Sorry for so many patches, this should be it for the time
being. heh.

Thanks to Jacob Meuser <jakemsr at jakemsr dot com> for
pointing out my mistakes and helping me with the C++ issue.
