I just love how everyone comes up with a different transcription[1].
In German, I'd most likely write Juri Andrejewitsch Puchalski.
The non-uniqueness is also the reason I don't like to use it -- beside
the possible damage done to the owner of the name, you cannot sensibly
use it to search archives, whereas the UTF8 works mostly fine nowadays.

I took liberty to use the first suggested form, but blame my ordering
within the THANKS file on the second. :-)
