Ah...found the OTHER other thread where the OBJDUMP issue was mentioned: http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/libtool/2008-04/msg00099.htmlwhich was again a "missing" win32-dll. But, for non-data-exporting, non-cross-compiled, you didn't actually need AC_LIBTOOL_WIN32_DLL in libtool-1.5...
