The point as I see it, is that the cwrapper should just get out of the
way as much as possible. The user has supplied -std=c89 -Werror etc etc
*not* for cwrapper, but for the code (s)he is really compiling. So it
makes perfect sense to strip out -Werror -WX -std=c89 -Wall etc etc etc
when we are building the cwrapper program. But of course, it would be
useful to be able manipulate cwrapper flags in case of failure or for
testing purposes.
