Hi!

It's been quite a while, but now i'd have a small patch for interix libtool
(again). The background for the patch is building GLIB on interix, which
initially didn't succeed. Actually, libtool did nothing wrong, just the system
linker is broken in so many different ways, that each day a new workaround is
required. Today's two points of the patch

 * remove -E/--export-dynamic, as it destroys interix shared libraries
(any way to keep -E for executables, and remove it for libraries only?)
 * remove --retain-symbols-file, as this has no effect except loads and
   loads of warnings...

Could you please review, and give me some feedback? Thanks!

markus
