The line in the generated Makefile look like this:
libSciFacBase.la: $(libSciFacBase_la_OBJECTS)
$(libSciFacBase_la_DEPENDENCIES)
$(LINK) -rpath $(libdir) $(libSciFacBase_la_LDFLAGS)
$(libSciFacBase_la_OBJECTS) $(libSciFacBase_la_LIBADD) $(LIBS)
Do I have to use some macro in configure.in to fill $(LINK) with GNU ld?
