Hi Ralf,

can I set the link_all_deplibs-variable by command-line? eg with --tag?  
Because patching system-wide libtool-files is not really an alternative ;)  
We don't want to tell the users, who are using our software , that they  
first have to patch libtool.m4 in order to biuld our code.
