Where did you get libtool-1.5.22.tar from?

Weird. Try http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/libtool/libtool-1.5.22.tar.gz
instead, it has all necessary files. If you can't download from the
internet, the FSF has addresses you can order CDs from, please say
so if you're interested.
I wonder however what agnula did to its copy of libtool that it left out
this file?
