strange error during make of lily on cygwin

After 'make' the first two subdirs (buildscripts and scripts)
which are only some Variable substitutions and manpage generating
which works great i got this error above.

I don't understand what is going on. What should 'g++' compile
and from where does lily know my name?

Strange...
