lilypond 1.6:
For dvi output format, EPS and PNG are no longer created during a call
of lilypond-book. This makes the process of creating dvi files *much*
faster.
I still want to apply some minor fixes to the TeX support. When
done, it can be safely transferred to the 1.7 tree.
