Attached is a patch for fret-diagrams, including ChangeLog entries. The
patch does the following:
Cleans up font selection (label fonts for dots were previously broken)
Moves the labeled dots as low as possible.
Cleans up some outdated comments.
Better centers and sizes the white fonts on the black dots.
