You should count frets from zero -- fret number can be for example 12. But be
ware, you have touched an experimental release and, especially in the case of
fret diagram, there will be a syntax change (towards integration with the
tablature syntax).

>From your diagram one also can see two suggestions: whether the fret number is
left or right to the diagram, and whether to use capitalized or non-capitalized
roman letters.
