lilypond.org seen in different browsers

The tables of the www.lilypond.org home page do not look similar with different
browsers. What is possible in Mozilla may not be possible in IE, that is to say,
there are fewer styles available in IE than in Mozilla in the case of <table>
tag. I have already polished some styles in the Documentation (of the
developement branch, 2.3, of course), and seems like this work is converging.

The most problematic were the border lines of tables (which were easily styled
with Mozilla, but hardly with IE), but finally a solution was found out. These
border lines have to be implemented by stretching a 2x2 matrix of black points.
Therefore, I will add such a tiny black picture to newweb/images/ -- which may
sound strange at first, but solves the problem.

You have been warned ;)

Greetings,

  Heikki Junes
