Hi all,

If you have no idea of what Lilypond feature to implement next, I would 
really appreciate having the following features available:

* Guitar string numbering. Have a look at the example: 
http://markvdb.be/snaarnummer.png . The string numbers are circled. Does 
Lilypond use the "°" character already? If not, maybe it is a good 
candidate for a string number syntax addition?

* Note count (and other statistics). How many notes on the score? How 
many notes entered? ...

* MusicXML import. A not-to-be-named proprietary optical music 
recognition program outputs MusicXML. Even a limited subset import 
filter could greatly increase the productivity of some Mutopia project 
contributors and hence help build digital freedom.
