Looking into mftrace.py, I see that you first call `AutoHint()' and
then `RoundToInt()' in the fontforge script. This is a bad idea. It
should be reversed.
Additionally, it isn't necessary to call `SelectAll()' repeatedly
since the selection won't change implicitly.
