Is it hard-coded to the size of A4 paper? I haven't tried other paper sizes, but with letter paper, staves are printed off the page. I can now confirm
that the example I sent earlier does demonstrate this -- the staff withthe ^"invisible!" is not visible at all, and the previous staff is in the
