I can't reproduce this with a classic clean build, and I didn't make any
change to docs makefiles in the past week, so I'm surprised with this
failure -- maybe the bunch of -I include paths used causes this... I
think I've managed to set up GUB, I'll first try building lily with it
asap, maybe tomorrow.
