SYNTAX CHANGES BEFORE BETA

- \octave: waiting for Han-Wen to review the patch
- arabic.ly: is in git, but not in GUB.
- reorganize filenames in ly/ : not approved or denied yet.
- \center-align -> \center-column
- add \pointAndClick{On,Off}
